8 seater minibus is a minibus with 8 seats which is well known as the best vehicle for big family use. While different from 9 seater minibus, the 8 seater minibus normally has a single front passenger seat.

As we all know, there are a variety of applications of 8 seater minibus. 5. Production process Introduction of 8 seater minibus:
The whole process of producing 8 seater minibus is including 4 processes: Firstly, go to the stamping process to do stamping, then go to the welding process to finish welding. Then, after the welding process finish, there will be entered into
- Stamping Line:
The stamping workshop has one production line. It is with 4 units punching machine (including 1-unit 2400tons punching machine and 3 units 1000tons of punching machine). It produces 23 automotive covering parts, 52 vice stamping die. Basically speaking, the monthly production capacity reaches 500sets(units) of spare parts. In addition, stamping line using Japanese Technology. Taiwan’s famous designer finish the production line. - Welding Line:
The welding workshop has minivans and mini truck main two welding lines. Moreover, it has seven auxiliary welding zone and a door border region, and 86 welding. Especially, the Workshop area is 20,736 square meters and its max capacity of 250,000units per year. The production line is designed by our factory with independent intellectual property rights. - Painting Line:
The total area of the painting line is 3000 square meters. Furthermore, the whole painting production line is the first-class coating line in the domestic. - Assembly Line:
A total construction area of 50000 square meters. As a matter of fact, the first phase project has been completed. It is an annual output of 120000 vehicles production capacity. Besides, the assembly line has a total of 102 stations, a production platform for two shifts 200,000 units per year. Moreover, the production rhythm is 1 min/unit. The minibus, minitruck, and pickup use the same production line.
