2. Production Process of VC5 Minibus
There

Firstly, the stamping workshop has one production line, with 4 units punching machine (including 1 unit 2400 tons punching machine and 3 units 1000 tons of punching machine), Totally produce 23 automotive covering parts, 52 vice stamping die, the monthly production capacity reaches 500 sets (units) spare parts.
b. Secondly, the welding workshop has mini-vans and mini-truck two welding lines and seven auxiliary welding zone, and a door bag border region. Seven auxiliary welding areas including front and rear frame auxiliary welding area, floor auxiliary welding area, left and right surround auxiliary welding area, roof auxiliary welding area, and small machine welding area, totally 86 welding stations.
c. Thirdly, painting Line: For painting, we cooperate with Durr. to build the painting line. The painting area is around 30000 square meters, the whole painting production line is the first-class coating line in the domestic.
d. Finally, the assembly line has 102 stations, a production platform for two shifts 200,000 units per year. The production rhythm is 1 min/unit，The minibus, mini truck, and pickup production use the same production line.
