What’s the difference between an executive vehicle, such as an executive minibus, and a commercial vehicle? 

1. Different purposes

4. Special professional technical vehicles refer to motor vehicles that are fixedly equipped with professional technical equipment and for performing special tasks, such as an executive minibus.
