In passenger buses, the export volume of pure electric vehicles is as high as 193,916 units. It is the main export variety.

3. Demands of Europe Marketing has Increased

Exports from 2017 to 2019 are on a gradual recovery trend, mainly due to the contribution of Africa and Europe. In 2020, Europe marketing increased a lot, increasing by 40% year on year, with export reaching 169,506 unit vehicles.

In 2020, the whole-vehicle export is mainly to Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Egypt, the United States  Russia, Sweden, and Australia market. These marketing are relatively strong performance, and even the Belgian market has become the incremental core market. In general, the COVID-19 has a certain impact on the export of China’s automobile market. However, the standstill of overseas production has led to a certain increase in China’s exports to developed countries depends on the requirements.

China’s new energy vehicle export is mainly increased by the European market and the North American market. Especially the European market increased by 50,000 units, up to 211% year on year. Western Europe, Northern Europe, Central Europe, and other markets are growing more than 200%.

4. The Great Demands of Passenger Bus of Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia has a great performance in 2020 of passenger bus demands, exported 87,242 unit vehicle, increased 80% year-on-year. It ranks first among other exporting countries. Recently, the overall performance of the truck is not so good. The decline of the truck export in 2016 is still serious. And the recovery performance from 2017 to 2019 is normal, and the performance in 2020 is not so good. Mainly declines marketing are Iran, Algeria and other markets, Vietnam, Chile and Philippines marketing relatively better. Vietnam marketing is the core market of China’s truck export.
